1. Designated pick-up points are fixed according to the location of the lesson
2. Participants are required to pay a deposit of ¥5,000 upon registration and the balance amount in cash upon pick-up.
The price of the package includes basic rate, insurance fees, and
consumption tax. As all our fees are fixed, we are unable to offer a lower
price at any circumstances.
We will only accept cancellation 5 days prior to the lesson date. Refund of deposit will be made via PayPal.
3. Please note that you will be responsible for your own safety. Although every participant will be insured for vehicular accident, the insurance will not cover any accident that are caused by oneʼs deliberate
or reckless action.
We will not be liable for compensation to any accident mentioned above. Therefore participants are advised to take care and be careful their own safety.
4. We will not be liable to any damage or loss of participantʼs property.
Therefore please keep your belongings and valuables with you at all times.
5. Meals are not included in the lesson package.
Participants can choose when and where to have their meals.
We will recommend a local restaurant if necessary.
Participants are required to pay for their own meals.
6. Participants are required to bring all necessities suitable for the weather.
(eg. winter wear, summer caps, motion sickness medicine, water for
hydration and insect repellant etc.)
7. As participants need to get to the lesson locations by car, there may be cases of car sickness.
Kindly understand that due to health safety, we are unable to provide any medication for motion sickness.
Participants are advised to bring along any necessary medication for the lesson.
